Personal training sessions are available in 30 mins and 60 mins duration.

They usually consist of a combined cardiovascular and strength workout, some abdominal work and stretching.

Each session is tailored to suit YOUR GOALS AND NEEDS – there will be plenty of variety, fun and you will never be bored!
